The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Affiliate will participate in True Dream Locs Affiliate Program to promote the True Dream Locs products and educational resources in exchange for commissions, access to exclusive materials, Stylist Directory promotions, access to potential client referrals, and other benefits.

Affiliate participation in the Program is subject to approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.

The Affiliate agrees to:

1. Actively promote the Company’s products and education through approved channels in a 12 month term of participation.

2. Use only Company-approved marketing materials and follow all branding guidelines.

3. Accurately represent the Company’s products and services.

4. Maintain professional conduct that reflects positively on the Company.

5. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.

Commissions and Payments

1. Commission Structure – The Affiliate will earn commissions as set forth in the Company’s current Affiliate Program policies.

2. Payments – Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to minimum payout thresholds, chargeback adjustments, and Company review.

3. Exclusions – No commissions will be paid on the Affiliate’s own purchases or on fraudulent transactions.

Access to Educational Materials

1. License Grant – The Company may provide the Affiliate with access to certain educational courses, training, and materials (“Materials”) for the sole purpose of supporting Affiliate participation.

2. Ownership and Restrictions – True Dream Locs retains all rights to the Materials. The Affiliate receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed without Company consent.

3. Condition of Access – Access is provided only while the Affiliate remains in good standing. If the Affiliate breaches this Agreement, the Company may revoke access immediately.

4. Termination of Access – Upon suspension or termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease use of all Materials. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

. Term and Termination

1. Term – This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of twelve (12) months (“Initial Term”). During this period, the Affiliate agrees to remain in full compliance with all program requirements and good standing obligations.

2. Renewal – At the conclusion of the Initial Term, this Agreement may automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month terms (“Renewal Terms”) unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term.

3. Termination by Company – The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Affiliate breaches any material provision of this Agreement, fails to remain in good standing, or engages in conduct that damages the Company’s reputation.

4. Termination by Affiliate – The Affiliate may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Company; however, early termination shall result in forfeiture of access to educational materials and may result in forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, at the Company’s discretion.

5. Effect of Termination – Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, all licenses are revoked, commissions on pending transactions may be withheld, and Affiliate access to Materials will be discontinued.
