Service Description

Please check your messages. Once your invoice is requested & paid, you’ll receive confirmation of approval. We will have up to approximately 30minutes to discuss any concerns about your hair and upcoming services. This includes an analysis of your scalp and current hair condition, products and regimen information etc. You are welcome to have pictures of any hair goals you have so I am able to best serve you. It is extremely important to arrive on time to your consultation, the cancelation policy will be enforced.

Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable deposit is required,(The deposit can not be credited towards rescheduling to a later date). If your stylist has an emergency you will be given an opportunity to use the credit of your original deposit towards your rescheduled appointment. the deposit credit must be used during your rescheduled appointment and will not be honored beyond that time. Deposits are nonrefundable & credited towards your current appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period, arriving over15 minutes to your appointment may result in automatic cancellation or loss of deposit, meaning you will pay the full price of your service. No call, No show will be placed on alert. (you will not be able to book any new appointments without paying the cancellation fee. Booking without payment will result in the loss of any new deposits and cancellation of any new appointments.)
